1. About this Privacy Policy

T2C AI NEXUS develops and operates T2C AI Build, a business-to-business construction workflow platform for authorised organisations and project participants. T2C AI Build includes the Android mobile application (package name com.t2caibuild), the web application and related support services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, protect, retain and delete personal data when users access or use T2C AI Build. It applies to data handled through the application and related services, not merely visits to our public website.

2. Who we are

Operator: T2C AI NEXUS
Unique Entity Number (UEN): 53511730B
Business address: 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051
Privacy contact: musthafa.shaikh@t2cainexus.com
Telephone: +65 8139 8353

3. Our role and intended users

T2C AI Build is intended for authorised business users, including employees, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, clients, suppliers and other participants invited or approved by a subscribing organisation. It is not intended for children or personal consumer use.

For organisation-controlled project and workforce records, the subscribing organisation determines why authorised information is entered and who may access it. T2C AI NEXUS processes that information to provide, secure and support T2C AI Build. We also determine the handling of account administration, service security, support and legal-compliance records.

4. Information we collect or process

4.1 Account and profile information

  • Name, business email address and telephone number.
  • Company or organisation, job title, designation or trade.
  • User role, company and project permissions, account status and preferences.
  • Authentication, login and account-security information.

4.2 Project, tender, planning and operational information

  • Project names, locations entered by users, identifiers and authorised participant details.
  • Tender, RFQ, quotation, planning, scheduling, progress and reporting records.
  • Tasks, comments, approvals, instructions, reports and audit or activity records.
  • Documents, drawings, schedules, quotations, attachments and other authorised content.

4.3 Safety and workforce information

Where a subscribing organisation uses safety or workforce functions, we may process information required for authorised project and compliance workflows, such as a worker's name, employer, role or trade, training or permit status, expiry dates, assigned project, safety observations, induction records and supporting documents.

T2C AI Build does not require users to submit unrelated family, marital, compensation, banking, advertising-profile or social-security information. Organisations and users should not upload more personal data than is necessary for the authorised business purpose.

4.4 Photographs, camera access and files

When a user chooses a relevant function and grants the required permission, T2C AI Build may access the device camera, selected photographs or selected documents to capture project progress evidence, record safety observations, attach supporting documents and enable authorised project reporting. The app does not activate the camera without the user's action. We do not use photographs for facial recognition or biometric identification.

4.5 Device, notification, diagnostic and usage information

We may process device type, operating-system and application version, IP address, login timestamps, notification tokens, security and audit logs, error or diagnostic information and feature-usage events needed to authenticate users, deliver notifications, maintain reliability, investigate incidents and protect the service. We do not intentionally collect IMEI, IMSI or SIM serial numbers.

4.6 Support and communications

When a user contacts us, we may process the user's name, organisation, contact details, message, screenshots and other information supplied to diagnose the issue, answer the request or maintain a support record. Users should not send passwords, one-time codes or unnecessary confidential information.

4.7 Device location

T2C AI Build does not collect device location merely because the app is installed or running. If a released project function requests precise or approximate device location, the app will request the relevant Android permission and use the location only for the clearly identified project or site function. We do not collect background location unless that behaviour is specifically implemented, prominently disclosed and permitted by the user.

4.8 Information provided by an organisation or authorised user

A subscribing organisation, company administrator or authorised project participant may create or invite an account, assign a role, add a user to a project, or provide workforce, safety or project information concerning that user. The provider is responsible for having appropriate authority to submit and share that information.

5. Why we use information

  • Create, administer, authenticate and secure accounts.
  • Apply company, project and role-based permissions.
  • Provide tender, planning, scheduling, field coordination, safety and reporting functions.
  • Store and share authorised project records with permitted participants.
  • Deliver requested notifications and provide support or training.
  • Maintain audit trails, investigate unauthorised activity and diagnose errors.
  • Administer subscriptions, customer relationships and contractual obligations.
  • Comply with law, resolve disputes and respond to valid data requests.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not use T2C AI Build personal data for third-party behavioural advertising or unrelated remarketing.

6. When information is disclosed

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary:

  • To authorised users within the relevant organisation or project according to assigned permissions.
  • To project participants where the subscribing organisation grants access.
  • To infrastructure, hosting, storage, backup, notification, email, security, diagnostic and support providers acting for us.
  • To professional advisers subject to appropriate confidentiality duties.
  • To comply with applicable law, legal process or a valid public-authority request.
  • To protect users, the service, or the rights, property and safety of T2C AI NEXUS or others.
  • As part of a lawful business transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not authorise service providers to sell T2C AI Build personal data or use it for their own advertising.

7. Service providers and international processing

T2C AI Build uses service providers for functions such as cloud or server infrastructure, file and object storage, email and application notifications, backups, security monitoring, diagnostics and customer support. These providers may process information in Singapore or in other jurisdictions where they or their approved subprocessors operate. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take reasonable steps to ensure a standard of protection comparable to that required under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012, as applicable.

8. Data security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal data, including where applicable:

  • Encrypted HTTPS transmission.
  • Authentication and role-based access controls.
  • Company-level and project-level permissions.
  • Restricted infrastructure and administrative access.
  • Audit logging, monitoring and incident investigation.
  • Backups, recovery controls and security maintenance.

No internet-based service is completely secure. Users must protect their login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

9. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the contracted service, maintain authorised company and project records, meet legal, contractual, accounting and security obligations, resolve disputes and establish or defend legal claims. When no longer needed for a legal or business purpose, data will be deleted, anonymised, or de-identified. Deleted information may remain temporarily in restricted backup systems until overwritten under the applicable backup cycle.

10. Account and data deletion

A user may initiate deletion inside T2C AI Build through Settings > Account > Request Account Deletion or through our public Account Deletion page. After reasonable identity and authority verification, we will delete or anonymise the account and associated personal data, except information that must be retained for legitimate contractual, project-record, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or legal purposes. Deactivation is not permanent deletion.

Where an account is controlled by an employer or subscribing organisation, we may coordinate the request with the authorised company administrator. Business and project records belonging to the organisation may be retained under its instructions or legitimate obligations while the deleted user's identity is anonymised where appropriate.

11. Access, correction and other requests

Subject to applicable law and contractual arrangements, users may request access to or correction of their personal data, withdraw consent where consent applies, request deletion, or ask how their data is handled. Contact musthafa.shaikh@t2cainexus.com. We may verify the requester's identity and authority before acting.

12. Notifications and device permissions

Users may control notifications and device permissions through Android settings and available T2C AI Build preferences. Refusing an optional permission may prevent the related feature from operating but should not prevent access to unrelated functions. Where Google Play requires a prominent in-app disclosure and affirmative consent, it will be presented before the relevant access occurs.

13. Third-party links and services

Independent third-party websites and services are governed by their own privacy practices. T2C AI NEXUS is not responsible for those independent practices.

14. Children's privacy

T2C AI Build is a business application and is not directed to children under 18. If we learn that a child's personal data was submitted without appropriate authority, contact us so we can review and act.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this policy when functions, providers, laws or data practices change. We will publish the updated version here with a revised “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required.
