These Terms apply together with the applicable order form, subscription terms, proposal, statement of work and Privacy Policy. If a signed agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the signed agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.
1. Operator and acceptance
T2C AI NEXUS (UEN 53511730B) develops and operates T2C AI Build and related T2C digital services. By accessing a service, the subscribing organisation and each authorised user agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access the service.
2. Business users and authority
The services are intended for authorised business use. A person accepting these Terms for an organisation confirms that they have authority to do so. Organisations are responsible for selecting administrators, assigning permissions and ensuring that invited users are authorised.
3. Accounts and security
- Users must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
- Accounts may not be shared except where an expressly approved shared-access feature is provided.
- Users must promptly report suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
- We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, data, the service or other parties.
4. Permitted use
Users may access subscribed services for legitimate internal business and authorised project purposes. Users must comply with applicable law, project obligations, confidentiality requirements and the subscribing organisation's policies.
5. Prohibited use
Users must not:
- Access data, companies, projects or functions without authorisation.
- Upload unlawful, malicious, infringing or unnecessarily sensitive material.
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, permissions or technical restrictions.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, resell or misuse the service except where law expressly permits.
- Use the service to harm others, distribute malware, or interfere with operation.
- Represent automated or AI-generated content as professionally verified when it has not been reviewed.
6. Customer content and responsibilities
The subscribing organisation and authorised users retain their rights in content they lawfully submit. They grant T2C AI NEXUS the limited rights necessary to host, process, back up, display and transmit that content to provide and secure the service. They are responsible for the legality, accuracy, authority and permissions associated with submitted content.
7. AI-assisted functions and human review
AI-generated summaries, suggestions, classifications, extracted items and draft replies may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are assistance—not professional, legal, engineering, safety, contractual or financial advice. Authorised users must review important outputs before relying on, approving, issuing or sending them. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the service will not automatically send an AI-drafted external communication without authorised human action.
8. Construction and safety decisions
T2C AI Build supports workflow and record management but does not replace qualified professional judgment, contractual review, statutory approvals, site supervision or the duties of employers, contractors, safety personnel and project professionals. Users remain responsible for decisions, measurements, submissions, approvals and compliance.
9. Availability, beta features and changes
Some features may be described as beta, pilot, early access, preview, planned or coming soon. Such features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn. We may maintain, update or modify the service and will use reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption. We do not promise that every proposed or previewed function will be released on a particular date.
10. Fees and subscriptions
Fees, limits, billing periods, taxes, renewals and payment terms are set out in the applicable quotation, order or subscription screen. Unless expressly stated, charges are exclusive of applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in suspension after applicable notice. A trial or beta arrangement does not create a right to permanent free use.
11. Intellectual property
T2C AI NEXUS and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, designs, documentation, trademarks and underlying technology. No ownership is transferred except for the limited right to use the subscribed service during the authorised term.
12. Confidentiality and privacy
Each party must protect confidential information using reasonable care and use it only for the authorised relationship, subject to lawful disclosure requirements. Personal data is handled as described in the applicable Privacy Policy and any agreed data-processing terms.
13. Third-party services
The service may integrate with or link to third-party platforms. Their availability and independent terms are controlled by those providers. T2C AI NEXUS is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
14. Suspension and termination
Access may end when the subscription or agreed trial ends, when an authorised customer requests removal, or following material breach, non-payment, unlawful use or security risk. Following termination, data export, retention and deletion will be handled according to the applicable agreement, Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
15. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis. T2C AI NEXUS does not warrant that the service or AI-assisted output will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Liability will be determined under the applicable signed agreement and Singapore law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The parties should first try in good faith to resolve disputes through discussion. Subject to any agreed dispute-resolution clause, Singapore courts have jurisdiction.
17. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and providing additional notice where required. Questions may be sent to musthafa.shaikh@t2cainexus.com.
