- Your name, company and registered business email.
- The affected product, project or module.
- A short description of the issue and when it occurred.
- A screenshot where useful, after removing unnecessary confidential information.
- Device and app version for mobile issues.
Never send your password, one-time code, payment-card information or unrelated confidential project records in a support email.
Login and project access
If you can log in but cannot see a company or project, contact your company administrator first. Access is controlled by company, project and role permissions. T2C AI NEXUS may need administrator confirmation before changing organisation-controlled access.
Security reports
If you believe an account or project may have been accessed without authorisation, contact us promptly at musthafa.shaikh@t2cainexus.com with “Urgent Security Report” in the subject line. Do not publicly disclose sensitive technical details before we can investigate.
